This is the inaugural SG Session, here we intend to inspire and give tips to fellow surf-ettes on body conditioning, hair care and looking super styley and comfortable in functional Surf Wear. Supporting small business and meeting the makers first hand!
I am proud to lead the Surf Strength and Conditioning class for girls/women, I am aiming this session to give you all tips on maintaining good posture on your surfboard and activating the correct muscles for maximum benefit to your surfing with minimal risk of injury! Lets face it we all want to surf better, for longer and paddle faster to get more waves right!
