Last weekend I was lucky enough to do a 2 hr workshop with Rod from Holistic Health Pro . It was amazing & he brings together a variety of movements and different exercise styles infused into his own practice. He is focused on performance enhancement and getting the most out of our bodies.
It was a real test and with focus on our 4 major joints – Shoulder, Hip, Knees and Ankles. Holding up our own body weight and challenging our mind to move in new ways. Breathing has a key focus too using chest and diaphragmatic breath which is a slightly different focus from our Pilates Breathing of rib cage ( chest expansion ).
If you ever get the chance to do one of his classes I highly recommend.
