Having had Tully my son over a year ago I felt it was time to put together a little Video with some basic Pilates exercises that will help you. I have been teaching Mums and Bubs Pilates for some time now and as a new Mum I see that lot’s of us simply place too much pressure on ourselves to regain normality all too quickly ( don’t worry I am guilty too ).
I wish to encourage you to take your time, enjoy your new bundle of love. Gentle walks are a great way to start getting out and about but please for the first 6 weeks take it slow, consult with your midwife or doctor first but then you can enjoy these simple exercises on the video.
